TEKTON 1/4 Inch Drive x 6.5 Inch Aluminum Spinner Handle | SHM04125

This Tekton aluminum spinner handle is made of a 6.5 inch steel extension that runs all the way through an aluminum handle and is permanently pressed in place. The 1/4 inch drive square in the handle allows you to add a ratchet for extra leverage without removing the socket from the spinner handle. Break the fastener loose, pull the ratchet off, and spin it out by hand. Swap in a torque wrench when it's time to tighten to spec. A deep, sharp-cut diamond pattern is knurled into the rounded sections at the front and back of the handle to create a coarse, non-slip texture. The handle's three-sided geometry gives you the leverage to apply higher turning force by hand while also keeping it from rolling on flat surfaces. The exposed shank is 2.5 inches long to extend your reach into tight spaces. Sockets and accessories are held onto the shank by a spring-actuated detent ball. The extension is made of 50BV30 chromium-vanadium steel with a chrome-plated finish. Two "wings" on the shaft of the extension prevent it from being twisted or pulled out of the handle. The handle is made of 6061 aluminum with a matte black anodized finish.
