Through discussion & experience of several masters in the craft it was found that the circular structure of many traditional sticks do not provide adequate grip to the user hence we have introduced the fluted grip to over come accidental slips.

The end of the staff has a heavy duty metal insert which enhances balance & strike damage. The sticks are perfect for movement work & speed training, these sticks will make an excellent addition to any Martial Artist’s training regime.
