Unlike other ground wires that inevitably act as radio-frequency antennas, AudioQuest ThunderBird GroundGoody ground wire prevents hum while efficiently dissipating radio-frequency noise. ThunderBird GroundGoody uses premium Solid 6% Silver conductors that are controlled for direction and cold-welded to Direct-Silver Plated #10 size spade lugs. Further, AudioQuest’s patented RF/ND-Tech dissipates and cancels most induced radio-frequency noise. In addition to grounding subwoofers, powered speakers, and more, AudioQuest ThunderBird GroundGoody can be combined with nearly any analog interconnect cable to create a low-distortion phono cable. The exceptions are AudioQuest’s ZERO-Tech interconnects: Black Beauty, Pegasus, ThunderBird, FireBird, and Dragon are not compatible with phono cartridges. AudioQuest ThunderBird GroundGoody is available in five lengths: 0.6m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, and 3m.
